ABOUT US

As a busy professional and mom, Rubina Motta could relate to the feeling of being “at capacity”. Her ability to create order out of chaos was noticed by friends and family and she was often called upon to help them implement ways to make their lives easier and less stressful. After many years of helping people regain control over their lives and business processes, Rubina decided to dedicate herself fully to the Professional Organizing Industry and founded At Capacity – Professional Organizing Services, LLC.

Having nearly 20 years of operations leadership in a corporate environment, Rubina draws on her experience as a seasoned professional. During her career, her primary focus was Process Re-Engineering, Streamlining Systems and Process Improvement. Rubina brings expertise in identifying client requirements and delivering creative solutions, improving productivity and lowering costs.

This professional skill set was readily transferable to residential settings where an individual’s or family’s needs are assessed, and a coordinated plan to organize is developed and implemented. In a residential setting Rubina assists individuals to regain control of their time, space and resources.

Education, Training and Certifications
Rubina has her Bachelor of Arts in Experimental Psychology from Rhode Island College and subsequently completed the Strategic Leadership Curriculum through Babson’s Executive Education Program. Her training and experience in Transactional Lean Principles supports her objective to define and create value from the perspective of the client. She is a Golden Circle Member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO) as well as a member of the New England Chapter. As a member, Rubina attends monthly presentations on key organizing skills and professional development. In addition, Rubina has attained her designation as a CPO (Certified Professional Organizer) and her NAPO Specialist Certificate in Residential Organizing, and her NAPO Life Transitions Certificate.  Rubina served 6 terms on the Board of Directors of NAPO New England, and is a past President of that organization.
The At Capacity Team
As a member of NAPO and NAPO New England, Rubina has developed a network of like-minded organizing professionals available to assist with large scale organizing projects. Rubina only hires NAPO New England members when the scope of a project exceeds the need for more than one organizer.
